摘要信息资源管理（IRM）经过30年的发展，已经成为融合信息科学、管理科学、组织理论等多学科理论的边缘学科。本文以2001—2006年美国Idea Group出版集团连续出版的5卷《信息资源管理前沿课题》丛书为例，从研究方向、研究热点、研究范式、研究方法等角度分析了西方IRM研究领域的前沿成果，并对其未来发展方向作了探讨。 Information Resources Management （IRM）, with its development of 30 years, has become an interdisciplinary discipline integrating information science, management science and organizational theory. Based on the 5 series of ＂Advanced Topics in Information Resources Management＂ published by Idea Group press ltd. from 2001 to 2006, this paper analyzes the advanced achievements of western IRM field from the aspect of research orientation, research focus, research patterns and research methods, and explores the future development of the IRM trend.
