区域科技信息资源共享机制研究

Research on Regional S＆T Information Sharing Mechanism

文章介绍了我国长三角、珠三角等区域科技信息资源共享情况，通过分析湖南省科技信息资源建设现状及区域共享存在的问题，结合现代科技发展对信息需求的特点，阐述了建立科技信息共享机制的必要性，提出了区域科技信息共享机制研究应该重点从科技信息共享平台、政策法规体系、标准体系、管理体系和服务体系五个方面开展研究。

The article introduced the S＆T information resources sharing circumstance in Changjiang River Delta, Zhujiang River Delta etc. Through analyzing the Htman Province S＆T information construction present situation and the existing problem of the regional S＆T sharing, the author elaborated the establishment of S＆T information sharing mechanism, proposed that the regional of S＆T information sharing mechanism research should carry out from the S＆T information sharing platform, the policy laws and regulations system, the standard system, the management system and the service system, and made the forecast in the future.
