摘要
SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co. （ZRCC） and the Lyondell Company of USA have got permission to construct in Ningbo, Zhejiang province a world scale propylene oxide/styrene monomer （PO/SM） unit, rated at 274 kt/a PO and 602 kt/a SM. The technology license, operation and technical service to this unit will be provided by the Lyondell Company. The whole PO product will be sold in the domestic market with the feedstock furnished by the steam cracker to be constructed at ZRCC. This PO/SM unit is slated for commissioning in 2009.
