摘要
The fourth global HDI production base owned by Bayer, the 30 kt/a HDI unit located in Shanghai Chemical Park, was put on stream in March 2007. China has been for a long time a pure importer of the HDI derivatives. With the local production of polyisocyanate, Chinese and Asia Pacific customers can see a relaxed situation to offset the tight supply of HDI.
