摘要
微波幅度均衡器功率衰减曲线随温度变化产生漂移,采用微波网络分析仪进行大量测量分析得到温度漂移规律,即温度升高,谐振频率降低,衰减曲线向低频端漂移,衰减幅度增大;而温度降低,情况正好相反。均衡器衰减曲线的温度漂移与均衡器结构随温度变化产生变形密切相关,三维热变形高精度测量装置测量了结构的变形量,结构热变形存在非一致性现象。本文从耦合电容的变化阐述了结构变形引起均衡器电参数性能变化的原因。
The power attenuation curve of microwave amplitude equalizer shifts with temperature, its rule has been got through analysis of large amount of measurement data by microwave network analyzer. That is, the resonant frequency reduces to low and power attenuation value rises to high as temperature rises, and vice versa. The electric parameters shift was related with its structure deformation, and its deformation was measured in detail by a set of three dimension high precision thermal deformation measurement device, and the conclusion that structure deformation was nonsimilarity was got. The paper also explains the relationship between electric parameters shift with temperature and structure deformation with the change of coupling capacitance.
