摘要 本文首先介绍了网络化虚拟仪器的网络接入模式和结构模式。结合军用电子装备网络化测试诊断需求,采用基于C/S和B/S混合结构的网络化测控结构,构建了基于PXI/VXI虚拟仪器的网络化测试诊断系统。本文介绍了网络化测试诊断系统的设计与实现,对网络化测试诊断系统的硬件组成及故障诊断中心和现场测试终端的软件模块结构进行了分析。目前,该系统已成功用于雷达、指挥系统、无人机等军用电子装备的测试和诊断,并取得了良好效果。 The development and implementation mode of the networked virtual instrument were introduced firstly in the paper. According to the requirement of test diagnosis for military electronic equipments, a networked test diagnosis system based on PXI/VXI virtual instrument was designed by using networked test framework of C/S and B/S hybrid structure. The realization of the system was introduced, and the hardware framework and software technology were analyzed. Nowadays, this system has been used for test and diagnosis of complicated electronic equipment, such as radar, command system, unmanned aerial vehicle, and so on.
