摘要
威布尔分布在产品的可靠性分析中起着越来越重要的作用。本文针对当前基于指数分布的可靠性分析存在的不足,提出了一种基于威布尔分布的可靠性寿命分布模型,重点对模型的参数进行了估计,对两参数威布尔分布的极大似然估计进行了理论推导,得出了寿命分布模型中参数的似然方程。只要给定故障数据,即可利用该模型得到可靠性参数,并进一步得到产品的可靠性分布模型。
Weibull distribution is important to reliability analysis. According to the shortages of reliability analysis based on exponent distribution nowadays, the paper put forward a new method of reliability analysis based on Weibull distribution, and the model of reliability life distribution was established. The parameters were estimated by Maximum Likelihood Estimate. When the life data is given, we can acquire the values of the parameters, and the reliability distribution model of production can be acquired too.
