摘要 介绍了一种多功能安培小时计的设计方案,该仪表以新型单片机P89LPC931为核心,以AD7706为前端输入电路,支持75mV分流器、4~20mA电流变送器等多种电流传感器信号输入。系统采用数字校准技术,具有优于0.1%的电流采样精度。提供多种电荷量累计功能,支持电镀过程中添加剂的自动添加,支持镀层厚度控制。系统整体设计精简,装配在48mm×48mm×75mm的标准壳体内,可以安装在仪表盘上使用,也可以嵌入到手操器中使用。 This paper introduces a design scheme of the multifunctional ampere-hour meter, which adopts new type single chip P89LPC931 as the core, makes use of AD7706 as the input circuit, and supports many current-sensors signal input of 75 mV diverter, 4-20 mA current transmitter and so on. The system also adopts digital calibration technology and features less than 0. 1% current sampling accuracy. Additionally, this design approach offers many accumulative functions for electric charge, and supports automatically adding additive during the galvanization process and the control for the thickness of galvanized coating. This system's feature is the simplicity of the whole designl the safety for being assented in the standard shell, this shell's cubage is 48 minx 48 minx 75 mm only, and convenient use for being either mounted into the instrument panel or inserted into the manually operating implement.
