摘要
鉴于VPI技术直接影响电机的性能和使用寿命。而VPI的主要控制量温度、压力和时间又是人工很难精确控制的。本文基于技术和成本的考虑,设计了用PLC对电机定子VPI生产过程进行监视控制,使用了西门子公司的SIMATICS7-300/400PLC。在此基础上对控制系统进行硬件组态和软件设计,在软件设计中使用新思路解决通信问题,并将MPI技术和PROFIBUS现场总线技术应用在生产中。用模块式编程方法来进行软件编程,使程序可读性更好、调试简单和可移植性好。最终使用WINCC组态软件,在PC机上实现工艺过程监控。这种设计经济实用,而且具有很高的可靠性,是一种具有良好应用前景的控制系统。
The technology of VPI directly affects the performance and useful life of motor. The main factors affecting the VPI are temperature, pressure and time, but it is difficult for precisely manual controlling. In this paper, the design of Motor-stator VPI production process control surveillance takes the technique and cost into account. The controller PLC used S7-300/400 PLC of SIMATIC Company. Control systems of hardware construction and software design are recited. Communication problem was solved in software design, and we apply MPI and Profibus field bus technique in production. We structure the user program, in other words to break down the program into individual, self-contained program sections. The advantages of program are better readability and simpler debugging. This design is practical, economy with high reliability. It is a measurement and control system with favorable perspective.
