摘要
参照软件Agent的设计思想,设计并实现了具有Agent特性的数据库中间件模型,使得该中间件具有软件Agent的学习性、协作性等特点;通过数据库中间件之间的协作来实现异构数据库的数据查询与共享,有效地解决了异构数据源动态扩充问题,能够实现数据源的“即插即用”.
The main contributions were applications of the Agent design philosophy to the middleware design, and the implementation of this database middleware with Agent characteristics. The middleware inherited the Agent's self-studying nature, cooperating characteristics and so on. Data query and data sharing among heterogeneous databases was achieved by the database middleware cooperation. In this approach heterogeneous data source could be dynamically expanded and "plug and play" the heterogeneous data source.
