The ample and stable financial support is an important precondition of the development sional physical clubs. Now the difficulties in financing are an impediment of the development of professional physical clubs. With the study of problems in financing, it was introduced a new model of converting assets into securities to guide the fine and sustainable development of professional physical clubs.
