县域经济要实现跨越式发展,人才是关键因素。针对县域人才现状和存在的问题加以分析,提出了构建县域经济跨越式发展人才支撑体系的对策和措施。通过建立完善的引才、留才、培训和人才储备支撑体系,最终达到吸引人才、留住人才、用好人才,为县域经济跨越式发展服务的目的。

In the process of realizing leap- forward development of county economy, talented person is crucial. The paper has put forward several countermeasures to establish the talented person＇s supporting system of leap- forward development of county economy aiming at the status structure and problem of county talented person. Through establishing perfect supporting system of attracting, retaining, training and reserving talented person, it finally reaches to attract, retain and use talented person and also realizes the objective to serve leap-forward development of county economy better.
