摘要
武汉长江隧道工程钢筋混凝土管片在生产过程中,外弧面、侧面及内弧面手孔这三个部位出现了裂缝。通过大量的试验、研究及摸索,找出了裂缝产生的根本原因,对混凝土配合比及管片生产工艺等方面进行了改进,最终成功解决了该问题。
In the production of reinforced concrete segment used in Wuhan Yangtze River tunnel project, cracks appear in three areas: outer-arc surface, side face and the hand hole of inner-arc surface. By a lot of tests and analysis, the fundamental cause was found. Therefore, the problem was resolved successfully by changing the concrete mix ratio and segment production technology.
