摘要
介绍了测定鱼类摄食量的几种化学污染物质量平衡模型,包括放射性同位素、持久性有机污染物和重金属质量平衡模型,可为鱼类摄食量研究提供参考。放射性同位素质量平衡模型主要有放射性铯质量平衡模型,如Forseth模型和Rowan-Rasmussen模型;持久性有机污染物质量平衡模型主要有Borgmann-Whittle模型,包括基于胃肠道化学动力学的质量平衡模型和基于污染物同化-排泄的质量平衡模型;重金属质量平衡模型主要有汞质量平衡模型。
This paper presented some chemical contaminant mass balance models for quantifying food consumption in fish. The models fell into the following three categories, the radioisotope mass balance models, represented by 137Cs mass balance models, such as Forseth and Rowan-Rasmussen Models; the persistent organic pollutant mass balance models, represented by the Borgmann-Whittle Models, including the model based on chemical kinetics across the gastrointestinal tract and the model based on a constant contaminant assimilation rate and direct excretion; the heavy metal mass balance models, represented by the mercury mass balance models.
