奥沙利铂联合5-Fu/CF治疗晚期大肠癌临床观察

The efficacy and toxicity in combination chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin and 5-Fu/CF in advanced colorectal cancer

目的:观察应用奥沙利铂联合治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法:72例晚期大肠癌随机分为两组,一组为治疗组,奥沙利铂联合5-Fu/CF;另一组为对照组5-Fu/CF。结果:治疗组有效率52.8%,对照组有效率30.6%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。毒副反应主要是恶心、呕吐、贫血和感觉神经毒性,对白细胞和血小板影响较小。结论:奥沙利铂联合5-Fu/CF,治疗晚期大肠癌有效而安全。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and toxicity in combination chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin （eloxatin, L-OHP） plus in advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： Seventy-two cases of advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group received a combined therapy of Oxaliplatin （eloxatin, L-OHP）, leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil and the control group received leucovorin plus 5-fluorouracil without Oxaliplatin （eloxatin, L-OHP）. Results：The overall response rate of the treatment group was 52.8 %,while the control group was 30.6%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The main adverse effects were nausea and vomiting, anemia and neuro-sensory toxicity, while bone marrow suppression was mild. Conclusion：The combination regimen with Oxaliplatin （eloxatin, L-OHP） leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil is safe and effective for advanced colorectal cancer.
