摘要
ERP又叫企业资源计划,是一种融合了企业最佳实践和先进信息技术的新型管理工具。本文从其概念的基本原理出发,对其中国ERP市场的发展概况成因、我国众多企业推广与实施ERP的不利因素局限及在中国企业ERP选型的成功案例进行了相应的分析和研究。
ERP is called enterprise resource plan, a kind of new tool of management which merged the finest practice and the moat advanced information technology. The article tries to explain the problem of ERP in china from several perspectives and the unfavourable factors and limitations in implimenting ERP in a lot of enterprises of our country. In addition it gives analysis and makes aeveral case studies on choosing the types of EPR.
