摘要
三联管是兴奋-收缩偶联中的重要结构,它由T管与邻近两侧的终池组成.T管与终池并没有膜接触,而是隔有约12nm的间隙,故内部的液体互不相通.本文用分子和细胞生物学的研究成果-IP3来解释T管的兴奋如何引起终池释放Ca2+.
The triplicate -tube which is formed by T -tube and Terminal -cistern on its both adjacent sides is an important structure in the excitation - contraction coupling. There is a 12 -nm gap between T - tube and terminal - cistern instead of membrane contact. There are still some queries how the excitation from the T - tube cause the terminal cistern to release Ca^2+ . The thesis tries to explain this problem by making using of the fruit of the studies on molecular - cell biology--the signal - transduction action of IP3.
