采用文献资料法、测量法、数理统计法对鲁西南地区高校大学生身体成分测量的结果进行了科学而认真的研究,分析并总结出鲁西南地区高校大学生身体成分的现状和特点.总体来说,鲁西南地区高校大学生身体成分有不同程度的不足,大学生本人须加强锻炼,与此同时,针对这些规律、特点和问题,提出了相应的建议.

This thesis has been adopted documents and materials method , measuring method , mathematics and physics statistic method , to study the measured result about south west region of Shandong colleges and universities＇ students＇ body components. Analysed and sumed up out current situation and the characteristic. In general, south west area of Shandong colleges and universities＇students＇body components was insufficient to varied degrees , the college students should strengthen themselves. Meanwhile , through these laws,characteristics and questions ,author put forwards the corresponding suggestions.
