茶多酚口腔凝胶的制备及质量控制 被引量:4

摘要 目的研制茶多酚口腔用凝胶,对其进行质重控制。方法以卡波姆940、甘油为基质,制备茶多酚口腔凝胶,并用分先光度法测定其含量,建立质量标准。同时25℃留样观察其稳定性。结果该凝胶剂性质稳定,含量准确。平均加样回收率为101.2%,RSD=0.97%(n=6).结论该凝胶处方简单,质量可靠,可供临床使用。 OBJECTIVE To design the preparation of tea polyphenols gel and control its quality. METHODS Carbomer940 and glycerol were used as the main materials to prepare the gel, the content was determined by spectrophotometer . And the gel was storage in 25℃ to study the stability. RESULTS The quality of gel was stable, the content of the gel was accurate. The average recovery was 101. 2%,RSD= 0. 97% (n=6). CONCLUSION The preparation and quality control of tea polyphenols gel were reliable and convenient,it can be used for clinic.
