不同采收期杜仲叶中3种黄酮成分动态变化研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的建立杜仲叶中芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚3种有效成分的高效液相色谱法测定方法;测定不同采收期杜仲中这3种黄酮成分的含量以便确定杜仲叶的最佳采收期。方法Sciehome C18色谱柱(150×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.5%H3PO4(50:50);流速为1.0ml·min-1;检测波长270nm;柱温为25℃。结果3种黄酮类成分的加样回收率及RSD分别为:芦丁98.44%,1.20%;桷皮素100.81%,0.69%;山萘酚98.39%,1.00%。5月份采收的杜仲叶3种黄酮总含量最高。结论我们建立的HPLC测定方法可行;杜仲叶以5月份采摘为宜。 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of rutin, quercetin and kaemperal in folium eucommiae, and to ensure the best harvest season. METHODS Scienhome C18 (150× 4. 6mm, 5μm)column with temperature at 25 ℃ was used. The mobile phase was methanol and 0.5 %H3PO4 ,at a flow rate of 1.0ml · min^-1 ,and the detection wavelenth was 270nm. RESULTS The average recovery and RSD of the three flavonoids contents respectively was.rutin 98.44 %, 1.20 % ;quercetin 100.81% , 0.69 % ;kaemperal 98. 39%, 1. 00%. The content of flavonoids was highest in May. CONCLUSION Our method of HPLC is effective and the most suitable harvest season of folium eucommiae is May.
