HPLC法测定虚复丸中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin in Xufu Pills by HPLC

目的建立虚复丸中芍药苷含量HPLC测定方法。方法固定相:shim-pack ODS柱(4．6mm×250mm,10μm);流动相;乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液(20:80);流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长:230nm;柱温:室温。结果该方法线性范围为2．208～11．04μg(r=0．9996,n=6),平均加样回收率为99．78％,RSD为0．36％。结论本方法准确,简便灵敏,可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of Paeoniflorin in Xufu Pills. METHODS Shin-pack ODS C18 column was used the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid（20 ： 80）, the flow-rate was set at 1ml · min^-1;the detection wevelength was 230nm and column temperature was room temperature. RESUL TS The calibration curve of Paeoniflorin was linear（r= 0. 9996,n = 6）in the range of 2. 208- 11. 04pg the average recovery was 99. 78%, RSD was 0. 36%. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, sample, sensitive and reliable ,and it can be using as the quality control of Xufu Pills.
