分光光度法测定倍他米松搽剂的含量

Determination the content of betamethasone liniment by spectrophotometry

目的建立了用分光光度法测定倍他米松搽剂中倍他米松的含量。方法样品经过显色后,采用分光光度法在415nm波长处测定。结果倍他米松在20～60μg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=1．000),平均回收率为101．2％(n=9),RSD为1．0％。结论该方法简便、准确、快速,可用于倍他米松搽荆中倍他米松的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE A spectrophotometry method was established for the determination of Betamethasone in Betamethasone Liniment. METHODS After showing the color,the sample was detected at 415nm. RESULTS The linearity was good for Betamethasone within the range of 20- 60μg · mL^-1 （r = 1. 000）, the mean recovery was 101.2% （n = 9）, RSD= 1.0 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple accurate and can be used to determine Betamethasone Liniment.
