本文通过分析信息革命影响人们的生活从而引起人们生活环境的变化，总结出信息时代建筑的三方面的动向，预测了城市在交通、办公、居住三方面的发展趋势，最后以西班牙马岛开发区规划竞赛为例介绍了国外在信息时代城市环境方面的探索，以供大家参考和讨论。
