摘要
论文从信息系统的范畴和角度,参考发达国家对道德伦理问题的研究,重点探讨了信息系统的隐私、安全以及质量等方面存在的争议和矛盾。可对相关人员在开发信息系统的时候提供一定的参考。
This paper discusses the ethical issues in the information systems, such as the privacy, security and system quality. This paper references the research from the developed countries, and it can provide the advices for the IT/IS/IM engineers and managers.
