摘要
NiZn功率铁氧体是近五年来发展起来的一种新型高频电子器件材料,也成为在1MHz以上频域替代MnZn功率铁氧体的佼佼者。本文首先概括了NiZn功率铁氧体的特点与应用、材料开发现状、性能要求与技术措施。然后重点介绍了我们开发的NiZn系列功率铁氧体材料的性能,期望对这一领域的研究起到有益的推动作用。
NiZn power ferrite materials has been developed at several years in electronic and communication fields, as an outstanding substituer for MnZn power ferrite in high frequency of above 1MHz. At first, this paper summarizes the characteristics and apptications of NiZn ferrite, development status of material, property requirement and technological measures. Finally, the properties of NiZn ferrite series we developed are mainly introduced in detail. We hope that our research will promote the domestic research and development of NiZn power ferrite.
