摘要
选择合适的摩尔比、pH值、反应浓度、反应温度和反应时间,采用有氧开放的化学共沉法制备出低成本Fe3O4纳米磁性微粒。以聚α-烯烃合成油(PAO)为基液,选取适配的表面活性剂(PG-3),制备出了低挥发度、多粘度级别的实用化纳米磁性流体。应用于扬声器中,显著提高了扬声器线圈的散热效果。
Selecting suitable mole ratio, pH value, reaction concentration, reaction temperature and suitable reaction time, we prepared nano-magnetic particulate of Fe304 using co-precipitation method in aerobic, open state using polyalphaolefin as carrier liquid and matched surface activator (PG-3). A practical nano-magnetic fluid with low evaporation, multilevel viscosity and excellant viscidity was prepared, Its application to loudspeaker proves to have enormously improved effect in heat transfer of coil.
