摘要
目的:研究数量性工作不安全感和质量性工作不安全感对工作压力感、工作满意感、工作绩效的影响。方法:对314名企业员工测量两种工作不安全感及工作压力感、工作满意感和绩效,并运用层级线性回归方法详细分析两种工作不安全感对其后果变量不同维度的影响关系。结果:①员工的数量性工作不安全感和质量性工作不安全感在性别、年龄、教育程度、企业类型上存在显著性差异。②数量性工作不安全感可以显著性的预测焦虑、忧虑和任务绩效。③质量性工作不安全感则可以显著性的预测低自尊、忧虑、内在满意感、外在满意感、任务绩效和周边绩效。结论:数量性工作不安全感和质量性工作不安全感是工作压力感、工作满意感和绩效的显著预测源,并且它们对后果变量有不同的影响效应。
Objective: To investigate the impact of job insecurity on job pressure, job satisfaction and performance. Methods: Quantitative and Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale, Job Pressure Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale and Job Performance Scale were administered to 314 employees. Results: ①The experience of quantitative and qualitative job insecurity was significantly different in gender, age, education level and type of business. ②Quantitative job insecurity was a significant predictor of anxiety, worry, and task performance. ③Qualitative job insecurity was a significant predictor of low level self-esteem, worry, intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction, task performance and contextual performance. Conclusion: Quantitative and qualitative job insecurity are significant predictors of job pressure, job satisfaction and performance, and they have different effects on their outcome variables.
