初中生知觉到的教师领导行为模式及其与心理健康的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨初中生知觉到的教师领导行为模式的特点及其与心理健康的关系。方法:采用教师领导行为问卷、中学生心理健康量表对湘潭市两所中学的564名初中生进行调查。结果:①初中生知觉到的教师领导行为模式可以归为民主型、权威型和放任型三种类型;不同类型在总样本、学校类型、年级上的分布差异显著,在性别上的分布差异接近显著;②知觉到教师领导行为模式为民主型的学生,其心理健康水平明显好于权威型和放任型领导下的学生,而知觉到权威型和放任型领导的学生,其心理健康水平没有明显差异。结论:教师领导行为模式与学生心理健康有较为密切的关系。 Objective: To investigative junior middle school students' perceived teacher leading behavior model and explore its relation to mental health. Methods: 564 students from two middle schools in Xiangtan city were selected to be investigated with Teacher Leading Behavior Questionnaire and Middle School Students' Mental Health Scale. Results: ① There were three types of teacher leading behavior models: democratic, authoritative and indulgent types; gender, grades' and school types' main effects on teacher leading behavior model were significant; ②Students who perceived teacher behavior as democratic type had better mental health than others. Conclusion: Teacher Leading Behavior Model is closely related to Junior Middle School Students' mental health.
