摘要
目的:了解目前临床相关各专业学生心理健康状况及相关的影响因素。方法:整群、分层抽取临床相关各专业学生580人,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自尊量表(SES)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、简易应对方式问卷和社会支持评定量表进行团体问卷调查。结果:①临床相关各专业学生在SCL-90中的人际关系敏感、恐怖和精神病性、以及自尊水平和社会支持中对支持的利用度存在着显著差异(P<0.05)。②SCL-90总均分与负性生活事件和消极应对呈正相关;与自尊水平、积极应对及社会支持均呈负相关。结论:①临床相关各专业学生心理健康状况存在着一定的差异。②心理健康状况与负性事件、社会支持、自尊水平等关系密切。
Objective: To study the mental health status and influencing factors among students of clinical related specialty. Methods: 580 students of clinical specialties were clustered and stratified. They were investigated with SCL- 90,SES,ASLEC,SCSQ and SSQ. Results: ①The interpersonal sensitivity, the photic anxiety and the psychotisism in SCL-90, and the level of self-esteem and utilization of support in SSQ, were significantly different among students of clinical specialties. ②The SCL-90 average was positively correlated with negative life events and negative coping, and negatively with the level of self-esteem, positive coping and social support. Conclusion: ①There are some differences on the mental health status among the students of clinical related speciahies.②Some factors, like negative life events, social support and so on, influence the mental health status.
