摘要
心理健康教育教师的培训自2001年始已进行过10期,培训人数660名。这是落实教育部关于大力加强高等学校心理健康教育教师队伍建设等有关指示精神的具体措施。它为高等学校学科建设中师资队伍的缺乏作了一些补充工作,同时也为教师培训实现内、外成长的结合做出了有益的尝试。分析5年来的培训情况,以便总结经验,发现问题,并对高校师资培训和心理健康教育教师培训提出一些建议。
Training of mental health education for teachers has been implemented for 10 times, the total number of trainees reached 660. This is a detailed step putting direction, of the Education Ministry into practice, i.e., paying efforts to develop the mental health education ability of teachers in universities and colleges into effect. It reinforced the contingent of teachers in their development progress and attempt to be beneficial for the achievement of teachers. It is necessary for us to analyze the training process in the past 5 years, summarize experience, find out problems, and come to some consideration and suggestions for the training of both teachers' quality and their mental health education.
