葡萄皮色素抗氧化活性的初步研究

Study on antioxidant activities of grape skin pigment

本试验分别采用DPPH.法和亚油酸对葡萄皮色素进行抗氧化作用研究,并对与其抗氧化能力相关物质进行初步试验,研究结果表明:葡萄皮色素具有一定的抗氧化作用,且其抗氧化能力与多酚含量呈相关性。

The antioxidant activity of grape skin pigment was studied by DPPH and Linoleic acid, relevance matter carried out an experiment on whose oxidation resistance. The results indicated that grape skin pigment had certain antioxidant activities, its antioxidant activities was relevant to much phenol contents.
