摘要
本文对溶菌酶的结构特点、分离纯化、活性测定等研究内容做了综述,并对溶菌酶在我国医药,食品、化工等行业的应用前景进行了概述。
In this paper, the lysozyme on its structure, isolation, purification and the mensuration of activity was introduced. The application of this enzyme was also outlined in medical field, food and chemistry industry etc.
