经椎弓根伤椎内植骨AF内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折

摘要 目的探讨胸腰椎骨折AF固定经椎弓根伤椎内植骨的疗效。方法总结30例胸腰椎爆裂骨折病例,采用AF撑开内固定结合伤椎椎体内植骨,以获得椎体前中柱的支撑。结果本组30例均获随访,术后椎体前后缘高度、脊柱生理曲度、神经功能恢复满意,骨折椎全部骨性愈合,无一例断钉现象。结论AF内固定结合伤椎内植骨在减少迟发性腰背痛、神经症状出现、矫正度丢失、内固定松动折断等并发症方面有明显优势。 Objective To investigate the results of AF internal fixation system and bone garft through neck of vertebar on treating fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebral. Methods In order to obtain the pedestal on ante-post and middlepost of vertebral,30 patients with thoracic vertebrae and lumbar injury were treated by the way of AF internal fixation and bone graft through neck of vertebra. Results Postoperative all of 30 case were followed up,the high with anterior border and hinder margin of vertebral,the flexion degree of spinal column and the function of nerves were restored satisfaction.All of injury vertebra were bone union,without nail breakdown. Conclusion AF internal fixation system and bone graft of injury vertebra have manifest forte to decrease the tardive pain of lumbar,the appearance of nerves symptom,the lose of rectification, the cinch and brisement of internal fixation.
