摘要
针对高碳钢盘条在拉拔过程中出现的脆断问题进行了理化分析,结果表明:盘条心部存在较严重的成分偏析和脆性组织是造成高碳钢盘条脆断的主要原因。
The fractures of high carbon steel wire rods being pulled were analyzed. The results showed that the samples centric composition segregation and brittle mircostructure were the direct reasons of the wire rods breaked.
