摘要
炼焦是连续性生产,生产中组织焦炉维修十分困难,因此炼焦生产,特别在强化焦炉生产中,防止焦炉高温事故发生极为重要。景德镇市焦化煤气总厂在生产中,采取加强温度控制,严格加热制度,保持炉温均匀等措施,保障了强化生产,防止了焦炉事故的发生。
It is important to prevent coke oven high temperature accidents in the coking production,as coking is continuous production and maintenance of the coke oven is very difficult. A few measures such as strengthening temperature control, keeping furnace temperature well-distributed in production at Jingdezhen coking gas general plant are adopted. Meanwhile, the coke oven accidents are prevented and production is going on smoothly.
