摘要
以无核白鸡心葡萄为试材,用赤霉素、膨大剂和链霉素三种药剂进行试验。结果表明:200mg/L的链霉素有减少果蒂增粗、减轻果柄木栓化和脆化的作用,以赤霉素25mg/L+膨大剂10mg/L+链霉素200mg/L的处理效果最佳,链霉素和赤霉素混用效果好于单用赤霉素处理;膨大剂不宜与链霉素混用。
Experiment were carried out on 'Thompson seedless'grape treated with gibberellin, CPPU and streptomycin.The results showed that treatment by 200 mg/L streptomycin reduced the size of fruit stalk and alleviated corkification and brittleness of carpopodium.Treatment by 25 mg/L gibberellin plus CPPU10 mg/L and 200 mg/L streptomin worked the best.Mixture of gibberellin and streptomin had better effect than single gibberellin,while streptomycin didn't fit for CPPU.
