摘要
文章第一部分对中国建筑陶瓷业经历的三个发展阶段进行了简单的回顾,剖析了中国建筑陶瓷业的行业结构及区位分布,预测了建筑陶瓷业的美好前景及发展过程中可能遇到的挑战;第二部分列出了中国建筑陶瓷业生产与运营管理过程中出现的几个主要问题;第三部分根据生产与运营管理过程中出现的问题有针对性地提出了几点建议与对策,一是要转变观念,树立现代的生产与运营管理意识与理念,二是要强化自主创新,提升竞争力,三是要合理运用现代的科学管理方法,改善企业生产与运营管理水平。
The first part of this article has reviewed the three development phases that Chinese construction ceramic industry has experienced, and analyzed the Chinese construction ceramic indust profession structure and the position distribution,then forecasted the magnificent prospect of construction ceramic industry and the challenge that would meet in its developing process possibly. The second part listed several main questions which appeared in the Chinese construction ceramic industry production and operation management process. In the third part, according to the question that appeared in the operation management process, proposed several suggestions and countermeasures. For the first, idea must be transformed, setting up modem production and operation management consciousness and idea. For the second, independent innovation should be strengthen, and then promote the competitive power. For the third, we should utilize reasonable and modem scientific management methods, that will improve the enterprise production and operation management level.
