重叠综合征双水平正压通气治疗疗效观察

The Observation in Patients with Overlapping Syndrome Treated by Biphasic Positive Airway Pressure(BiPAP)

目的探讨重叠综合征(OS)双水平正压通气的治疗疗效。方法选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者经多导睡眠图(PSG)监测分为OS组和COPD组,对19例OS进行夜间双水平正压通气治疗,对治疗前、后的监测结果进行分析。结果OS组夜间睡眠呼吸紊乱较单纯COPD组严重,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。OS组经双水平正压通气治疗,夜间睡眠呼吸指标明显改善,与治疗前相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论OS组存在严重的夜间睡眠呼吸紊乱,双水平正压通气治疗有效。

[Objective]To study the effect of biphasic positive airway pressure （BiPAP） in the patients with overlapping syndrome（OS）. [Methods]The patients with stable COPD were measured by polysomnography （PSG） during all-night sleep , 19 patients of COPD with OS were treated with BiPAP, the results analyzed before and after treatment. [Results]The patients with OS were more severe than those with simple COPD on respiratory disturbance（ P 〈0. 05）. The respiratory parameters were improved after they were treated by BiPAP （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The patients with OS have more respiration disturbance during sleep, the treatment of BiPAP is effective.
