摘要
目的观察缺血性心肌病患者心肌纤维化血清学指标Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(PⅣ)和相关指标层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)以及血浆醛固酮(ALD)的变化,探讨心肌纤维化的机制。方法采用放射免疫方法测定缺血性心肌病患者30例和对照组30例血PCⅢ、PⅣ、LN、HA和ALD的浓度,将ALD与PCⅢ、PⅣ、LN、HA作相关性分析。结果缺血性心肌病血PCⅢ、PⅣ、LN、HA以及ALD浓度明显升高,ALD与PCⅢ、PⅣ、LN、HA呈正相关。结论PCⅢ、PⅣ、LN、HA检测方法简便、快捷,可作为心肌纤维化生物检测的指标。
[Objective]To evaluate the changes of the myocardial collagen indices in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and investigate the mechanism of myocardial fibrosis. [Methods]The concentrations of serum procollagen type Ⅲ (PⅢ), collagen type Ⅳ(PⅣ), laminin (LN), hyaluronic acid (HA) and plasma aldosterone (ALD) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 30 patients with ischemic myocardiopathy and 30 normal controls. The correlations were analyzed between plasma levels of ALD and PC Ⅲ, PⅣ, LN, HA. [Result]Compared with normal controls, the concentrations of serum PCⅢ, PⅣ, LN, HA and ALD were significantly increased in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, ALD positively correlated with indices of myocardial fibrosis and PⅢ , PⅣ, LN and HA. [Conclusion]The indices of myocardial fibrosis are higher in the patients with ischemic myocardiopathy, and the methods of determining myocardial collegens are simple and rapid, and may become measuring indices of myocardial fibrosis.
