摘要
柔性制造系统(FMS)以其灵活性成为现代企业非常重要的生产方式,但如何均衡分配各设备的负荷以提高系统的利用率一直没能很好地解决.本文简述了柔性制造系统的基本组成及调度控制方法,给出一种考虑瓶颈工作站负荷,进行设备负荷均衡的任务分配方法,通过仿真算例验证了该方法的有效性.
Flexible manufacturing system (FMS) has become an important production manner by its flexibility, but many firms have failed to solve the problem to improve the average station utilization through allotting various tasks equally. This paper describes the basic construction and the scheduling control method of FMS. To take into account the workload of the bottleneck workstation, a basic method of the task assignment based on the workload equality in distribution was given. The computational experiments are conducted to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
