摘要
通过时金渠金矿氰化车间流程考查和工艺矿物学研究,找出了回收率低的主要原因是伴生碲矿物及磁黄铁矿的影响。针对此类性质金精矿,进行试验探索并取得了技术性突破。应用生产后,提高了氰化回收率;同时开展了氰渣浮选项目,综合回收铜、金和银,获得好的环保和经济效益,对小秦岭地区的金精矿氰化具有推广应用价值。
Through examinating technological process and researching technical mineralogy of Jinqu cyaniding workshop, the main reasons which reduced gold recovery rate were discovered, which were associated tellurium minerals and the pyrrhotite influence. In view of this kind of gold concentrate, the experimental exploration was conducted and the technical breakthrough was obtained. The applied effect showed that this way can improve cyaniding recovery rate. In the same time, the cyanated slag flotating to synthetic recover copper, gold and silver was carried out, and good economic and environmental benefit were obtained. This method has the application value for golden concentrate cyaniding of Qinling area.
