摘要
采用XRD(X射线衍射仪)、显微镜、XPS(X射线能谱)、EPMA(电子探针)、化学分析、粒度分析、电化学测试等方法研究了锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO_2的固相反应合成条件,以及合成条件对材料微结构和电化学性能的影响。
The XRD (X-rays diffraction), microscope, XPS(X-rays photo spectrum), EPMA(Electro-probe micro-analyzer), chemical analysis,particle analysis, electro-chemistry test were used to research the solid-state composite conditions of LiCoO2 as the positive pole of lithium ion battery. The influence of composite conditions on material micro-structure and electro-chemistry were also studied.
