摘要 粉煤灰起尘污染大气和灰水下渗污染地下水是粉煤灰贮存过程中主要的环境污染问题。从环境保护的角度出发,探讨了在灰场建设和运营中就地取材,充分利用粉煤灰治理污染的技术措施。研究了粉煤灰作为冲填材料、避免施工扬尘的填筑技术,形成了水力冲填筑坝技术工艺及质量控制要点,并将它推广应用于国内多个灰场;研究了灰水制备悬液或溶液喷撒固化灰面、保湿防尘的可行性;试验研究了激发粉煤灰活性,应用双灰土、双灰双土混合材料作为防渗垫层材料的可靠性。提出的技术对于改善灰场污染状况具有经济、可靠、方便的特点,适宜于进一步推广应用。 The pollution to the atmosphere and water resources caused by fly ashes is an urgent problem to be further solved in the construction and operation of fly-ash storing site. As viewed from the environment protection, the technology measures of using local materials and making full use of fly ash are discussed. The study on construction technology of hydraulic filling dam by using fly ashes is presented. It has been proved that the technology is feasible, then it is applied in more storing sites. The economical mixing materials(double ash soil, double ash and double soil) can satisfy the impermeability requests of the fly ash storing site. Suspending fluid of lime powder is quite economical and easily operated, and its dustproof age will be high. The technology above mentioned is investigated and the result is proved to be economical, safe and feasible, it is good for application in the project.
