建设大上海国际性城市的若干建议

Suggestion on Constructing Shanghai to be an International Metropolis

本文在作了城市的内部与外部条件的分析后指出，在我国欲建设国际化大都市，目前仅上海与北京两座城市有此殊荣，其中就机遇与环境看，上海的条件比较成熟．在分析借鉴世界上的国际性城市的建设条件与基本功能的经验基础上，结合国情，提出上海在迈向21世纪和实现国际化过程中必须遵循的四点建议．

After analyzing internal and oxternal conditions of urban development, the authors point out that only shanghai and Beijing have the possibility to be construeted as international megalopolises Shanghai has much more convenient conditions than Beijing from the view of development opportunity and external cnvironment. Dased on the introduction of successful experiemces from world wide megalopolises, the paper expounds 4 principles on Shanghaimetropolis to be internationalzed in 21 st century
