谈中国城市化道路问题──论二元城镇化战略实施

本文认为我国地域辽阔，生产力和地区经济发展水平很不平衡，故不应简单归结为发展大城市或中小城市，而应根据我国社会经济政治结构特点，实行二元城市化发展战略．在地域空间布局上，对于我国中西部地区，应以集聚效益为主，实行据点式和轴化开发，以培养地区增长极；而在东南沿海和东北发达工业区应实行均衡地战略，建立完善的城镇体系，在条件特别好的地区应建立目城市带．

Considering the unbalance of regional economic development in China, the author points out that the dual urbanization development stratogy can be applied in different regions based on the nation's social economic structure. This strategy consists of various countermeasures in relevant regions: in vast poor rural areas, in some developed urban areas, in south-east coast areas and in north - east developed industYy areas.
