本文是营口市总体规划修编为补充城市交通规划所进行的居民出行调查成果分析，也是为将来营口市的交通规划提供依据．文章应用了城市交通规划的理论与方法，对大量O-D资料进行了计算机处理，并给出了节省内存减少计算时间的计算机数据处理程序．

This papcr is written based on the results of the survey of resident's trip in Yingkou urhan constructed area in order to compilc urban traffic planning for Yingkou master planning The authors deal with O - D data using computer technology based on tho theory and method of urban traffic plamming, and also give an example of program design for saving timc and capacity
