摘要
引入模糊可靠性分析理论对零件尺寸配合关系的可靠度进行分析,通过建立零件尺寸公差、最大最小极限尺寸与上下验收极限三者之间的隶属函数数学模型,推导出三种常用配合关系检验的可靠度估计算法。文末给出一实例,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
The reliability for part dimension and fit relation is analyzed referring to the fuzzy analysis theory. The math models about dimension tolerance ,dimension limit and checkout limit are established, then the algorithms for estimating the reliability for three kinds of commonly used fit relatiom are got. Finally an example is given and the proposed method proves to be feasible and valid.
