摘要
针对冲压件生产过程中的质量检测问题,提出了基于数字化样件3D对齐的方法并通过了实验室验证,其基本原理是采用逆向工程方法,用冲压件的3D数字化测量的点云数据与已有的3D数字化样件数据,在相关软件环境中进行3D点云数据对齐,进一步分析冲压零件的加工误差,并以图文方式可视化地显示数据处理结果。
Researched on quality inspection of parts in the punching porcess, a new method based on 3D alignment of digital prototype workpieces is introduced here based on reversing engineering. Its basic principle is that the measured points cloud of punching parts aligns with the digital prototypes in related software, Furthemore the processing error of punching parts is analyzed and the results of data processing is shown in visualization.
