摘要
用褐煤、秸秆等原料完全替代基质配方中的草炭,以不同秸杆用量为主处理,腐殖土与褐煤的不同用量为副处理,形成22个替代配方,通过大棚育苗试验。结果表明:秸秆比例对基质理化性状、出苗过程和成苗时苗数影响较大,但对成苗时农艺性状影响较小,而相同秸秆比例下腐殖土和褐煤的不同比例对基质理化性状和育苗性能影响均不大。同时,本试验也验证了用褐煤、秸秆等原料替代基质中草炭的可行性,秸秆比例≤50%及褐煤比例>10%的替代处理基本可以作为烟草漂浮育苗基质。
Uses the lignite, screw extrusion and other material completely substitutes the peat in the substrate formula, different scale of screw extrusion is the main process, different scale of humus and liginite is the accessory process, forms 22 substituted formula. By the pratical breeding experimen of a- boved 22 formula, it is showed that scale of screw extrusion have the great fluence to physical and chemical property of substrate, budding process and number of seedling at time of transplant, but it' s fluence to agronomic characters is negligible, different scale of humus and liginite in the base of same screw extrusion proportion to the influence of physical and chemical property of substrate, breeding capability of substrate are also tiny. At the same time, the feasibility of using liginite, screw extrusion and other material substitute peat is confirmed, some of subsituted treatment in which the screw extrusion pro be portion is' t exeed 50 percentage and the liginite proportion is larger than 10 percentage can entirely seedling medium of practical floating system.
