野藿香蜜挥发性成分的化学研究

Studies on the Components of Volatile from the Honey of Elsholtzia ciliate(Thuab) Hyland

野藿香蜜挥发性成分的化学成分研究到目前为止未见报道。本试验用丙酮提取和气相色谱法对野藿香蜜挥发性成分进行了分析和鉴定。分离出56个峰,确认了其中的27种化合物。主要化学成分为:5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(27.96%);4-甲基-4-羟基-2-戊酮(5.27%);2,3-二氢-3,5-二羟基-6-甲基-4H-4-吡喃酮(5.22%);2,2-二甲基-1,3-二氧-4-甲醇(2.77%)。胸腺嘧啶(2.02%);4-甲氧基苯甲醇(1.82%);4-甲氧基苯甲酸(1.34%);软脂酸(0.46%);α-亚麻酸甲酯(0.83%)。占挥发性成分的47.69%。

This is the first report of the components of volatile from the honey of Elsholtzia ciliate （Thuab） Hyland. The volatile was obtained by extracting in acetone and the components were examined by GC and GC-MS, 27 components were identified. The main components are 2-Furancarboxaldehyde, 5 - （ hydroxymethyl ） - （ 27.96% ） ; 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-Pentannone （ 5.27 % ） ; 4H-Pyran-4-one, 2,3-dihydro-3,4-dihydroxy-6-methyl （ 5.22% ） ; 1,3-Dioxolane-4-methanol, 2,2-dimethyl （ 2.77% ） ; 2,4 （ 1H, 3H ） -Pyrimidinedione, 5-methyl （ 2.02 % ） ; 4-methoxy- Benzenemethanol （ 1.82 % ） ; Benzoic acid,4-methoxy-（ 1.34% ） ; n-Hexadecanoic acid （0. 46% ） ; 9,12,15-Octadecatrienoic acid, methyl ester（0. 83% ）.
